Ray Evernham
Principal
Ray Evernham has more than four decades of experience in the automotive and racing industries. He has worked with the biggest names in motorsport history, including Gordon, Andretti, Foyt and Earnhardt, was a vital force in resurrecting the International Race of Champions (IROC) series, won three NASCAR Cup championships as a crew chief with Jeff Gordon, and partnered with Dodge to build Evernham Motorsports into one of the most successful teams in NASCAR.
Ray has also held many roles in the television industry, including serving as a NASCAR analyst for SPEED, ESPN, ABC, FOX and NBC and hosting and producing his own television series AmeriCarna on the Velocity channel and Glory Road on NBCSN. He also served as a consultant and voice talent for Pixar’s Cars 3. Ray was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2018 and into the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America in 2023.
Currently, Ray is an avid car collector, consultant to motorsports and automotive related businesses and is very active with his foundation, Evernham Family – Racing for a Reason, which funds community centers for young adults with high-functioning Autism or Asperger’s Syndrome called IGNITE.
Rob Kauffman
Principal
Rob Kauffman is currently a private investor and entrepreneur active in the financial, real estate, automotive and technology oriented sectors.
Rob Kauffman was a co-founder, principal and member of the board of directors of Fortress Investment Group LLC, a multibillion-dollar fund manager, from its founding in 1998 until 2012.
Rob also has significant interests in professional auto racing and international collector car markets. Rob is member of the board of Hagerty Inc, a insurer of collector cars, an advisory board member of McLaren Racing, a leading United Kingdom based Formula1 racing team. Rob is currently the chairman of the Race Team Alliance, an association of NASCAR Cup Series teams; and the owner of RK Motors, a North Carolina based restorer, re-seller and provider of classic cars.

Ray Evernham was an IROC Team and Race Engineer from 1983 to 1989 before he became a NASCAR Hall of Fame crew chief and team owner.
